This week in Music we played Freeze Dance and practiced singing. We learned another new song too.
In Social Studies we were learning about the Mayflower. We learned it was stinky with 102 people, and a baby was born during the trip. We learned many of them died during the first winter. There were also 2 dogs and a cat aboard. There was a man that fell overboard, but was saved! Squanto saved the Pilgrims by teaching them how to plant crops. There was a storm and the wind blew the Mayflower to a different place. We found out they only brought part of the tools and had to make the handles in the New World. The Pilgrims made their houses out of wood and dried grass.
